Essential Oils Rollers

I have been wanting to make some Essential Oils Rollers for a while now and finally got around to making some. Let’s say I’m a little hooked and want to make so many more now!

Some of these recipes you can make with the starter kit so grab yours HERE. By getting the starter kit, you will become a member of Young Living and receive product at 24% off retail pricing. It’s the best bang for your buck!

You can also make all of these diffuser blends with your starter kit.

Rollers are essential oils mixed with a carrier oil to make perfumes, colognes, immunity boosters, stress relievers, muscle relievers, etc! They can also help to improve skin.

All of these rollers are using 10 ml roller bottles. If you use smaller bottles, be sure to adjust the amount of essential oils you use.

10 drops of Lemon
Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Dominic’s Immunity Roller: Dominic’s roller is the same as ours, but much more diluted. We use this on the bottom of his feet morning and night

2 drops of Thieves
2 drops of Frankincense
1 drop of Lemon
Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Glow Roller: I use this every night after I wash my face. I roll it all over my face and then rub it in. It helps to even out my skin, reduce redness, clear blemishes, and reduce fine lines.

20 drops of Lavender
20 drops of Frankincense
Splash of Witch Hazel
Fill the rest with Jojoba Oil

Eczema Roller: I have been using this on my elbows that have been so dry and itchy. I use it several times a day and have seen a huge improvement.

15 drops of Lavender
15 drops of Cedarwood
Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Dominic’s Eczema Roller: Dominic has had dry patchy skin above his diaper on his back for a while now. I have tried so many creams to help clear it up and then I made this roller for him and it’s working so well! I use it several times a day and his skin is much better!

4 drops of Lavender
4 drops of Cedarwood
Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Happy and Focused Roller: I use this when I need a little pick me up to motivate me. It also works great as a perfume!

6 drops of Joy
6 drops of Envision
6 drops of Tangerine
6 drops of Grapefruit
Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Sweet Dreams Roller: Perfect for before bedtime, just roll on your neck

10 drops Lavender
10 drops Peace and Calming
10 drops Cedarwood
Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Breathe Easy Roller: Great for congestion

10 drops of Raven
10 drops of Frankincense
10 drops of Lemon
Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Muscle Relief Roller: Soothe sore muscles

10 drops of Panaway
10 drops of Copaiba
Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Rollers are a great way to apply oils topically. The carrier oils dilute the essential oils so they aren’t too strong when applying on your body. Carrier oils will not alter the therapeutic qualities of the essential oils. I like using Fractionated Coconut oil for my rollers unless it is a roller for my face. For my face, I like using jojoba oil because it doesn’t clog pores.
