Baby Item Round Up

Baby Item Round Up

I thought I would share a baby item round up with the things we have gotten for our daughter or plan to get for her!

See my latest pregnancy update HERE.

This is a full round up of the baby items we have for our little girl that we are so excited to use with her!

Baby Crib

I am 34 weeks along in this pregnancy today so I am starting to really prepare for baby girl’s arrival and making sure we have all the necessities in order! I have slowly been collecting some baby girl things and thought it would be fun to put it all together here to help some new or expecting Mamas out who are looking for some cute baby items!

CRIB/MATTRESS:

We didn’t think we would get a crib for our daughter at first as we are moving, but when I had the chance to collaborate with Delta Children, I figured it would be nice to have a crib for her. We may actually just start her right out in the crib since it is in our room anyways. We have the Lancaster 3 in 1 Crib and it’s beautiful. Love the simplicity and the curved legs.

The mattress is the same one we have for Dominic and absolutely love! We got hers in pink and every time Dominic sees it, he instantly says BABY or SISSY! It’s by far the cutest thing ever!! This mattress is completely breathable, 100% washable, and great quality.

CLOTHES:

We have recently been adding lots of clothes to her wardrobe! This has definitely been the most fun part of getting ready for this baby! The little girl clothes are so fun and adorable!

See some favorites from Carter’s HERE.

Other brands we are loving for baby girl are Milk Barn, Milk Snob, Finn + Emma, Everly Grey, Colored Organics, and PatPat. Plus we have found some adorable things from Amazon, Target, Hanna Andersson, Zara, Old Navy, and more for our little lady!

I also went through some of Dominic’s old clothes and pulled out the neutral ones that we can reuse with this baby! I’m glad I saved a lot of his things so that I can reuse them since they’re going to be born during the same season.

Baby Clothes

BABY GEAR:

We didn’t need much in the baby gear department as we plan to use the pack and play, mamaRoo, Halo bassinet, car seat, toys, etc from when Dominic was born. I did however want to update a few things that we had used with Dominic as they have now been overused and washed many times.

One being the pacifiers. I got these new ones from Bibs to try out with our little girl. We never used them with Dominic, but they seem to have great reviews so I can’t wait to see how she likes them!

Another updated item we got were bottles from ComoTomo. We didn’t use this brand with Dominic, but after hearing really good things about them, I decided to try them out with our daughter to see how she likes them.

I have a Binxy Baby hammock to make shopping trips with both kiddos a bit easier on me!

I plan to use an Ergo Baby carrier so that I can be hands free and chase Dominic around.

We are still contemplating a Dock a Tot or Snuggle Me Organic. I am going to wait until after the baby is born to see if it is something I think would be beneficial to have.

We are also still considering a double stroller. We haven’t fully committed to one yet or if we need one or not. I think we might wait until she’s born to see if it’s something we would actually use.

Hospital Set for Mom and Baby

HOSPITAL BAG PREP

I plan to share everything we are packing in our hospital bags, but I have started to gather some things. This whole set from Everly Grey will be packed so that we can take some cute hospital photos together. I never had anything like this with Dominic and so I made it a point to find something for this go around! I am eyeing this little set for Dominic to wear to the hospital when he meets his sister for the first time too!

I will be packing everything into my go to travel bag! I use this on tons of overnight or weekend getaways. It’s the perfect size to fit everything I need, it has some inside pockets, a shoulder strap, and it’s great quality vegan leather.
