New IKEA Light Fixture
A few weeks ago we ventured to IKEA. The closest one to us is in Canada, so we had to leave the country to get some IKEA goodies LOL Along with some small little things we also picked up this amazing, new IKEA light fixture!
It's called the HEKTAR Pendant Lamp which you can find here. We chose the white one, but it does come in black. We got the largest size, but there is a smaller one that would be perfect hanging above a sink. I'm thinking ahead for our kitchen reno ;)
It gives off such a nice ambiance. We are used to having a chandelier in the dining room with 5 light bulbs so this was definitely a change for us. I don't mind it though. We added a lamp to our antique cabinet so if we want more light in the dining room at night, we do have it. I love the farmhouse look it gives to our dining room. Isn't it amazing how much a light fixture can change the look of a room?!
I think this light fixture completes the look in our dining room. I am finally SO happy with how this dining room looks!
