Essential Oil Room Sprays

Over the weekend, I made some essential oil room sprays so I thought I would share the recipes with you!

I recently started my essential oil journey, which you can read about, HERE, and so far I am loving them!

These essential oil room sprays are so easy to make and make your house smell amazing!

Essential oils have so many uses that I am quickly learning about. I am trying to move our family to a more natural and toxic free home. This is a process and not something that will happen over night!

I decided to start with making some room sprays to use in bathrooms, our living room, kitchen, and even Dominic’s room!

Here are 5 recipes that I made!

ROOM SPRAY SUPPLIES:

CALMING ROOM SPRAY:

-Great for a baby’s nursery or any bedroom before bedtime

  • 8 drops Gentle Babe

  • 8 drops Lavender

  • Splash of Witch Hazel

  • Water

  1. Add oils and witch hazel

  2. Fill the rest with water and shake to combine

IMMUNITY ROOM SPRAY:

-Great to spray throughout the house to get rid of germs

  • 8 drops of Thieves

  • 4 drops of Lime

  • 4 drops of Orange

  • Splash of Witch Hazel

  • Water

  1. Add oils and witch hazel

  2. Fill the rest with water and shake to combine

INVIGORATING ROOM SPRAY:

-Great for bathrooms or to spray during the day to give you a boost of energy

  • 5 drops of Bergamot

  • 5 drops of Lemon

  • 5 drops of Peppermint

  • 5 drops of Citrus Fresh

  • Splash of Witch Hazel

  • Water

  1. Add oils and witch hazel

  2. Fill the rest with water and shake to combine

STRESS FREE ROOM SPRAY:

-Great for before bedtime, early morning to start the day, bathrooms

  • 8 drops of Gentle Baby

  • 8 drops of Stress Away

  • Splash of Witch Hazel

  • Water

  1. Add oils and witch hazel

  2. Fill the rest with water and shake to combine

CREATIVITY ROOM SPRAY:

-Great for when you need an inspiring moment, during a practice, or when you want to do something creative

  • 6 drops of Valor

  • 6 drops of Envision

  • 6 drops of Lemon

  • Splash of Witch Hazel

  • Water

  1. Add oils and witch hazel

  2. Fill the rest with water and shake to combine

These room sprays are perfect for replacing all the room sprays you have. There are many different versions you could make to fit your needs.
