Christmas Eve Box

Now that there are 2 little ones around here, I wanted to start this fun tradition of a Christmas Eve Box!

Read some of our favorite Christmas traditions, HERE.

This box is something we can bring out each year and fill with some goodies for the kiddos to open on Christmas Eve.

This is something I wanted to start with Dominic last year, but never got around to it. It’s really simple and now that we have this all set up, it will be easy to bring out each year!

Growing up, my parents always got my siblings and I PJs on Christmas Eve to wear that night to bed. I decided to do the same thing with our kids, but put them into a little box that we can reuse each year.

SUPPLIES:

  • Box/Basket/Bin

  • PJs

  • Anything else you want to include such as: hot cocoa, mug, movie, book, etc!

This is the easiest thing to put together, but I think it will be fun for the kids to look forward to opening in years to come!

I literally just put everything into the basket and I’ll put some tissue paper on top. I will leave it hidden until Christmas Eve and then put it under the tree.

Each year the items will change as the kids interests change, but I would like to always include PJs and a book.

This is such an easy tradition, but I think it’s so cute!
