Baby Products We Use

I’ve recently received some questions regarding all the baby products we use so I thought I would round everything up here to make it easy!

See how we use essential oils with kids, HERE.

These products are ones we love and trust to use with our 2 babies!

I have made the switch to many all natural products in our home, this includes things we use on Dominic and Giulietta. With both kiddos having very sensitive skin, I have taken a big look into the products we use with them and have narrowed it down to these that have helped tremendously.

LOTIONS/OINTMENTS

We have tried many lotions and ointments with the kids, but I have found that Maty’s products work best for us! We love their baby ointment, eczema cream, and diaper rash cream. They’re all natural and work really well with our babies’ sensitive skin.

SHAMPOO/BODY WASH

We love Tubby Todd Shampoo and Body wash. They are hydrating and don’t leave our kids with rashes. Use code LINDSAYARATARI15 for 15% off of Tubby Todd’s website. I also like to use epsom salt once a week in their baths. It helps draw out toxins and it’s good for their dry skin.

MEDICINE

Although my kiddos haven’t been sick a lot, we do use Maty’s Cough Syrup with them. They have a baby version as well as a children’s version. It’s made with all natural ingredients so I’m comfortable giving it to them. We also love Maty’s chest rub for when the kids are congested. We do use Tylenol if needed, as well.

SUNSCREEN

We love the ThinkBaby Sunscreen. It scores really well on the EWG website as far as being the best for your skin. We used this with Dominic all last summer and he didn’t break out from it and it protected his skin from the sun. We will be using it again this Summer for both babies.

BUG SPRAY

I made my own bug spray last year and it worked wonders!! I made it using my essential oils.

Here is the recipe:

  • 10 drops citronella

  • 10 drops lavender

  • 10 drops lemongrass

  • 10 drops tea tree

  • splash of witch hazel

  • Add everything to a 2 ml spray bottle, then fill the rest with water

OILS

We use a lot of essential oils with the kids in their diffusers—Lavender, Gentle Baby, SleepyIze, Sniffleease, Peace and Calming, and Calm—to name a few. I also use a wellness roller on the kids—find the recipe HERE.

If there is another category that I missed, please let me know and I will add it to the post, but I think this covers a lot of the products that we use with the kids.
