Classic Christmas Living Room

Our living room is all decorated for Christmas using classic decor.

See our living room last year for Christmas, HERE.

I went for a classic look in our living room this year for Christmas using some traditional red colors, flocked garlands, and mini trees.

I love decorating the living room for Christmas! It brings me so much joy to see the festive decor filling up our home!

I’m so excited to be touring with a bunch of talented ladies! If you are hopping over from, Leen’s, Sand Dollar Lane, home WELCOME and isn’t her home lovely? Also, a big thank you to Leen for organizing this fun Celebrating Christmas hop!

CHRISTMAS FIREPLACE

I went traditional on the fireplace with red stockings, slightly flocked garland, and a little wooden house village.

On the hearth of the fireplace, I created a mini forest with 2 faux trees. I like the mix of the green and flocked tree and lit and non-lit. Makes for a fun twist.

ACCENT TABLES

I have 2 accent tables that I love styling for Christmas. The one in the corner houses my little nativity set and this year I added a bunch of white trees to it. I used corbels and claw foot tub feet in the mix as well. My 2 signs are some of my favorite Christmas songs and fit perfectly with the nativity.

The cabinet houses my diffuser and oils so that is always on with the yummiest Christmas blends! I added a cute little sled and a mini tree to the diffuser station.

Our family friend has gifted us these precious Santas for the year Dominic was born and this year for Giulietta! I love them and they will be keepsakes for years to come!

WALL DECOR

I kept the wall decor very simple above the couch. This year, I added the Night Before Christmas sign and strung up some pinecone garland around it.

On the mirror, I hung up some flocked greenery picks to tie in with the mantel decor. Just small touches that are classic and timeless.

CHRISTMAS ACCENTS

On the couches, I added some Christmas pillows. I kept with the red theme and used my favorite ticking stripe pillows and wreath pillows.

On the coffee table, I put the Santa truck and our growing collection of Night Before Christmas books. Last year, I started a tradition of collecting Night Before Christmas books as we read the book every Christmas Eve. It makes for easy decor too! Read more of our Christmas traditions, HERE.

On the barn doors, I added Christmas greenery picks along with some berry and frosted eucalyptus picks.

We will be getting our real Christmas tree this weekend and I plan to put it in front of the windows. I love real Christmas trees and their yummy smell!
